Technical Sales Lead – Northeastern Region
Are you passionate about renewable energy and love building relationships that drive success?We’re looking for a Technical Sales Lead to join our team and help grow Roof Tech’s presence in the Northeastern U.S. If you thrive on solving problems, creating value for customers, and working in a fast-paced, innovative industry, we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Do:
- Be the go-to expert for product and sales support, helping to grow our accounts.
- Drive new sales opportunities through outreaching and networking and turn them into lasting partnerships.
- Present our cutting-edge solar mounting solutions to potential clients and provide training on our products.
- Build relationships with customers by providing exceptional support and follow-through, ensuring their long-term satisfaction.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine our customer experience from lead generation to retention.
- Represent Roof Tech at tradeshows and events, sharing your expertise and enthusiasm for renewable energy.
- Keep track of your activities and leads in our CRM system, ZOHO.
- Experience in sales, customer service, or product support.
- Stellar communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM systems like ZOHO is a plus.
- A passion for renewable energy and a competitive, confident attitude when it comes to sales.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
