Refund policy
Terms of sale are Prepay unless credit is established and billed terms approved. A Service Charge of 1 ½% per month (18% APR) will be charged on all past due balances. Returned, dishonored, or NSF checks will incur a $25 charge.
All sales are final, provided that goods generally carried in Seller’s inventory delivered as ordered may be returned “unused” within 90 days from the date of purchase for credit only upon Seller’s prior written authorization. All such returned goods must be delivered to Seller at an address specified by Seller accompanied by a copy of the invoice and a pre-approved Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from Seller. Upon inspection and return approval, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the original purchase value of the returned goods.
In addition to being ‘unused,’ the material must be in original packaging, and only complete kits may be returned; no partial kits will be accepted. Buyer is responsible for proper packing to ensure the safe return and assumes all risk in the return transport, including loss and damage. All returns are subject to a final count and inspection by the Seller upon arrival. Credit will not be issued for damaged goods, used goods, items with missing parts, obsolete products, or if the product is received in a condition that prevents it from being sold as new.
To start a return, you can contact us at sales@roof-tech.us. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
